• How to file a refund dispute

    • 1. Click on the "Open Dispute" button in the order details section.
    • 2. Choose a reason for the dispute.
    • 3. Specify the exact reason for your refund request.
    • 4. Provide detailed information about your experience, clearly explaining what went wrong.
    • 5. Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
    • 6. Submit your refund request.
    • 7. Make a note of your refund case ID, which you can use to check the status of your refund at any time.

    Note: Resume Profs reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract as deemed necessary. Upon refund, you forfeit all rights to use the content, as it becomes the exclusive property of Resume Profs.

  • Conditions for refund

    Refunds are not applicable if:

    • 1. The primary draft has been approved.
    • 2. Revisions have been requested.
    • 3. Cancellation is unrelated to company reasons.
    • 4. There has been no contact with the company for over 2 weeks.
    • 5. Company policies have been violated.
    • 6. Another company or resume writer has been approached for the same project.
    • 7. The brief lacks the necessary information.
    • 8. A complete content change has been requested.
    • 9. Refund requests exceed the specified timeframe.
    • 10. The client secures employment during the project.
    • 11. Reasons like 'change of mind' or non-service related reasons are cited.
    • 12. A client subscribes to a service bundle and seeks a refund for a specific service within the bundle, not the entire package.
    • 13. Refunds cannot be processed once final files are delivered upon request.
    • 14. Refund and revision policies do not apply to free items.
    • 15. No resume refunds are issued after 30 days from purchase.
